I spend a lot of time talking about and playing on Full Tilt and PokerStars, but one of the sites that find myself going to more and more is Bodog. They are really starting to garner more poker traffic to their site, thereby making the games that much easier to find at the level you want.

Bodog also offers a great sign-up bonus. Currently, they are running a 110% sign up bonus, 10% of which you get immediately after you make your first deposit. This is pretty cool, as most site make you play to earn your bonus. This way you get that extra 10% in your account right away. Free money before you have even spent a dime!

I notice Bodog is having more and more tournaments that offer you a really good shot at some large amounts of cash for a relatively low buy in as well. They just concluded their Bodog Poker Open Main Event where the winner took home over $76k and $5,000 watch! Not a bad days work.

Bodog offers a large amount of free-roll tournaments as well as Sit-n-Go’s and multi table tournaments in any and all dollar amounts. They are also have pretty good WSOP Main Event qualifying packages as well.  There is a $100k guaranteed tourney every Sunday that you can get into for as little as $1 for a satellite, or even 250 player points, so you can end up playing in it for next to nothing. It is always nice to find some good deals, where you don’t have to spend $250 to get into a tournament with a large prize pool. Bodog offers this and then some.

The other attractive aspect of playing poker on Bodog is that it is a full casino site. You can find any game you want on this site, from slots to video poker to blackjack, craps, or baccarat.  If you have an interest in other things besides internet Hold’em this is a great site to be able to play everything else as well.

I guess the other thing I really like about Bodog is their customer service is outstanding. If you have any problems, questions, or whatever, you can get an answer right away by calling their 800 number or using email. They seem to be well staffed and will get right back to you without making you wait a day or two for a response.

Overall, Bodog is really a fun site to play a wide variety of games on, and their poker room just keeps getting better and better. I enjoy this site just as much as I do Full Tilt or PokerStars.  I don’t generally “brag up” certain poker sites, but I really feel that Bodog is getting better and better and deserves some recognition. If more and more people continue to play there, the games will get more and more juicy and the tournaments bigger and bigger.
